Participatory performance to seek for “the end of the sea” in Bolivia. This project proposes an approach to the geopolitical memory of the country,and the historical fight to recover their sea. The word ¨end¨ in Spanish has two possible translations: Understanding the end as ¨loss¨ and the end as ¨purpose¨ opens a dichotomy turned into a question, reflections that are born in the search for this lost place. Performing this work in Lomas de Arena de Santa Cruz implies wandering in the desert with the horizon in tow. It is an action to carry the sea in body, building new possible relationships between the individual and the territory, questioning the landscape from a new perspective.
